    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!

    There were no issues with our platform. Our Community Forum experienced an aggressive spam attack, which was reported to Zendesk for action. Rest assured, no personal data was compromised as the account is not connected to the Hammerhead account.

    I don't think you need to worry, it was just a script, that created multiple forum accounts and flodded the forum with spam messages. They hopefully have enabled a better detection now to identify bots quicker and prevent them from opening multiple threads about such nonsense
