There is still no official battery replacement plan by HH?

I'm the owner of Karoo 2 which only runs 3 or 4 hrs for my ride, and I'm pretty sure that this is the right time to replace its battery pack, however my understanding is that Hammerhead is still in the cave without any announcements for the official battery replacement plan or policy?

It will be appreciated if anyone can teach me for this.

  I think the only option is to buy battery from aliexpress or ebay

  Have the same problem, only option they offer is a 'refurbished' unit for a reduced price.
