[Control center] Circulating through pages with swiping

If you go through pages with pressing top left and right buttons, this function is alredy implemented.

This only concerns when swiping pages:

I would like that when coming to the first or last page while swiping left or right through the pages, that if continuing swiping to the same way, it would put you on the other side.

So if swiping left (going through menus towards the right), and when coming to the far right page, if you would swing to the left ones again, it would put you on the far left page. Now it happens nothing, since it is considered as the last page, and you have to go back, swiping again numerous times if you want to come to far left page - its really annoying.

  Seems like a reasonable request since the buttons will move control center tabs from last to first and first to last.

  I also never use buttons (at least if there is additional function), its way to dangerous to look for and press on them. If nothing else, we are all more used to swipe then pressing, right?
