ADD REAL TIME DATA From Karoo2 to Insta360 X4

Hello, I own the new Insta360 X4 and would like to import the real-time data from Karoo2. 
At Garmin, it works via the Garmin APP. 
But how do I get the data? 
Speed, altitude, etc.
