Still nothing! Can't use Companion App. Why is the bug I reported 18 days ago listed as solved? The bug was reproduced and confirmed by HH, and the only response was "we're working on it but don't know when we'll do it". I'm not satisfied that it doesn't work, but more that the reports were closed with a status of solved, which is not true. The app doesn't work, POIs move, there are no additional languages, and everything is closed and mark as solved. Bad approach.

Ich habe genau dasselbe Problem, die app stürzt beim Planen einer Route ab.
Mir scheint es so, als wenn nicht schnell genug Daten nachfließen, dann stürzt die app ab.Das muss man unbedingt verbessern

    Dear Gregory and Jürgen,
We had addressed a few Zoom issues in our last app update, but I realize that the current challenge you're facing when trying to zoom out while creating a route is still unresolved. I want to assure you that we are aware of this, and it's set to be released in our upcoming update based on internal rider testing.

I've been reading these promises for a month now, and it just doesn't work. A black screen also pops up when I try to open a large route, then the app tries to zoom out the map automatically to show the entire route and unfortunately throws an error. Funny app :) You can do the same via the browser and dashboard. I don't see the point of using it because all it can do is send the position in a hopelessly made live track. I'm sorry, but since I had Karoo2 about 2 years ago, I don't see any improvement in terms of software. I bought Karoo3 in the hope that it's a new beginning, but I see that absolutely nothing has changed, and errors and incomprehensible actions are the norm here.
