extensions on K2

spite i installed the latest system updates, and read the software update notes claiming "extensions" is for both Karoo2 and new Karoo 3, I am still not see this "extension" button on the screen under the traditional karoo native apps (Rides, Routes, Workouts, Profiles, Sensors, Settings). i can understand and accept it offers more perspectives on the new Karoo, but HOW can I USE IT ON THE K2 ??? - Do I have to setup something to make it visibly accessible (for example developer mode)??? - is it only visible after sideloading some app(s) via computer link ? - did I misunderstood something??? thanks

  Hello, 

  Thank you for the feedback. Currently, the Extension Library only appears when you have a third party app sideloaded on your Karoo. Think of it as a folder that stores all of your third party applications. It also gives users the ability to update the app when a new version is available from the third party developer without having to uninstall and reinstall the application via sideloading. 

  We are working with partners to make applications and Extensions natively available on the Karoo. It takes time for partners to develop Extensions. This will be available in a future update so applications can be installed natively on the Karoo.

  The product team only discussed the Karoo while any mention of the Karoo 2 was completely omitted

  Hi there!

  Where can i read how to submit the new app to the extensions store? I read a lot about how to download the app from this store, but it is somehow difficult to find the info on how to get there.
