No GPS signal

Hello I have no GPS signal since yesterday although the sign for the GPS signal is green! No speed and distance information. Does anyone else have this problem or at best a solution?

  This happens to me fairly consistently. Sometimes it will take several several miles even on the road with a clear view of the sky to start recording location speed, etc. this happens even when riding from the same starting location day after day.

  I am experiencing the same issue as Jared Barr with my new Karoo. When turning it on for a ride, half the time the device isn't recording any movement when I start. I've actually had times when it takes 10 to 15 minutes before the device starts recording my ride. 

  Is this a device or software issue? I never experienced this with my prior karoo.
