Rides are not uploading to Hammerhead Dashboard or to Strava from my Hammerhead Karoo

    Could you please check if you are logged into your Karoo with your Hammerhead Dashboard credentials? Also, ensure that your Karoo is connected to a stable internet connection, as this is necessary for syncing ride data.     Recently changed my internet provider from Fios to Spectrum - is this why my ride didn’t upload from the Karoo 2 to the Hammerhead App?

    Hi Bob,
    No, the internet provider is not responsible for this behavior. The ride will be uploaded to the Hammerhead Dashboard as long as your Karoo 2 has a stable internet connection. It is not dependent on the specific internet provider. I also checked you've raised a ticket for the same; our team will assist you further.

    Additionally, I would request you to kindly try checking if the WiFi is properly connected, and make sure the WiFi icon is showing like this on your Karoo 2 🛜.
