Sent to Hammerhead as a request:

Karoo 3, Any chance we are going to see a live tracking that actually gives good data to the viewer. Where I have been, where I am going (when following a route) numbers as in HR, Power, Speed so on and so on with an auto launch (triggering a message that I started a ride, Automatically) I know Garmin does this but I don't want a Garmin, I love my Karoo products... Please

 

does anyone have or know of a Third Party that can be side loaded?

  Troy, I posted the same request on the HH Extensions: Developers Community page. Hopefully something will come of it. There's no free 3rd party app I know of.

  We are in fact working on improving the live tracking experience! Our team has been consolidating the feedback recevied so far, and we are not too far off from introducing more insights on the live tracking link.

  Thanks for adding  tracking history in the latest update. A bonus: if you start tracking in the middle of your ride -- as I did for a separate reason -- it will show tracking from the beginning of the ride.  Unexpected and very nice.

  Great news Akhil. Yeah my wife has been hassling me about a feature like the Strava Beacon. For her peace of mind, knowing when iv started a ride and where I am.

   

  Be great if there could be a crash beacon like Garmin has on their units, although I'm not sure if that is viable?

  Fraser, IPhone, Specialized or Poc helmets all have crash beacon.
