Dead. Black screen. Unresponsive K2

After installing t recent software update and leaving unit in charger for 3 days, I have only a black, totally unresponsive screen. Tried factory reset. Nothing.

  I have a similar problem. I have two K2s. After recent update, both will only boot to the point that they get a totally blank (white) screen. The power button is functional (they will both turn off and on) but nothing else happens.

  John, Problem resolved itself. I just let the unit sit off charger for several hours, then out it on charge again and screen lit up. All functionality returned.🤷‍♂️

  Hammerhead Wii create a ticket but if it’s beyond your warranty period you’re shit out of luck with Hammerhead. Too add insult to injury the Hammerhead team lists the ticket as resolved. I guess Hammerhead truly believes that after 2 years they don’t expect their product to last!
