Karoo System switching my extensions to NOT_AVAILABLE

I have been struggling to add my Extension to the Karoo 2 and 3 for a while. I am able to stream sensor data from the Karoo to my Extension, but when I try to create 6 extension variables and stream them back to the Karoo, I end up with a constant sequence of: HHApp Extensions: Extension viewholder subscribing for TYPE_EXT::karoo-target-extension::target-velocity, then HHApp StreamFetching: TYPE_EXT::karoo-target-extension::target-velocity subscribed to connectionState observable, then an almost immediately HHApp StreamFetching: TYPE_EXT::karoo-target-extension::target-velocity connectionState changed to NOT_AVAILABLE (Extension Source). At which point the profile with this value shows No Sensor even though I start streaming data. Is there something that I am doing wrong or something that anyone can recommend? The exact same sequence occurs with all other 5 values. Thanks!

Hello, i can help you, but I need to know your code.. I've several extensions (and I have some mechanism to retry developed etc), my code is open and you can take it from github directly.
