How to download extensions and then download them to the Karoo 2

I’m a complete moron when it comes to downloading an extension to a computer and then to the Karoo 2 or! Reading most of this is like reading another language of which I don’t know. EXAMPLE I tried using the my wind sock extension. Installed in on the Karoo 2 from the extension on the Karoo 2 Created an account with my wind sock. E mailed my wind sock - no response- when I ride I get no data - Yes it is connected to my iPhone. My iPhone is used as a hot spot as well So! I’m 67. I love the Karoo 2 but I didn’t buy it and spend a lot of money for me to go back to college to learn how to use it to its full capabilities
