Extension Updates (New Version handling)

I love the Extension Apps. I have many. I noticed it is only possible to see if an update was available by Opening the App. Would it please be possible to have a 'counter' or mark/dot, next to those needing updating on the front Page of Extensions please (without the need to open each one, and wait for it to refresh). Thank you.
