    Hi Dominique,

Of course, you will be able to connect SRAM Red AXS to your Karoo. Let me provide you the link to see more details:

You can pair it like any other sensor to your Karoo.

I received this from SRAM (below).

But only Wahoo and Garmin are able to link with my AXS Web. Can Hammerhead Karoo be added too?

    Thank you!

More Power Meter data at your fingertips

Check out the updated Power Meter graphs from your recent rides in your AXS Web account.

If you have not linked the AXS Web account to your head unit yet, go to axs.sram.com/riderportal and select your head unit (Garmin or Wahoo) to connect. Then you can select a Ride under AXS Ride Report and see Power Zones, Power Balance, and more.

Pairing Hammerhead Karoo (v1) with SRAM

I had my Karoo paired running fine for six months. Then I had to reset to factory settings and now can’t get the Karoo to see the SRAM. Can you offer any advice pls?

    I'm having the same problem.

Very irritating it seems as if every week or 2 I'm having out of memory errors and have to reset to factory settings.

Each time it seems to take longer and longer to pair my SRAM shifters.

It's been almost an hour now and it still hasn't pair!!!!!!

Hari (or any other Hammerhead personnel) - has there been any update on this? I just tried my new Karoo 2 this weekend, and really miss the AXS Web data. It's how I track my used gearing to ensure I'm using the correct cassette for given rides. Thanks.

Any update on this? Compared to DI2, sram axs pairing does not give information like current gear ratio, etc.

@Evan @Nuno: Sorry to say but we do not have any immediate plans to integrate with the SRAM web service. We understand this is really important for you and I have added your votes for this feature request while forwarding this to the Product team.

@Ross @ Floyd: Are you still not able to pair the SRAM to your unit? If yes, could you confirm if you are able to pair other sensors over ANT+ and the issue is limited to just SRAM?

@Rajesh: The current gear ratio is available on a graphical Data field under Shifting.

@hari.. what I meant is in Karoo 2, I cannot set what my actual cassette and front chain rings are(ex , 10-28, 48-35). Depending upon the current gear Im in, there is no data field that would display actual gear that im currently in like 48/13, 35/28, etch.. which is something I miss from Garmin.

@Rajesh: Thanks for clarifying this to me. We don't have that Data field available on the Karoo nor there is an option to enter Bike gear tooth count manually. This enhancement is not in our immediate plans, and we may revisit our Roadmap if we have multiple requests from the community for this feature.

Can someone please explain to me in what the knowing of the gear's teeth is better than just the gear number, e.g. 1,2,3...?

I'm genuinely interested in this. Even if I had multiple wheels/cassettes and change between them, I'm still missing the point of displaying gear's teeth.

I would also like to see SRAM Web Service integration.  Part of the reason I went with an electrotonic drive train was to be able to see and utilize that data.

Indeed. Hesitating between an update to 1030+ or Karoo 2 from my 830... Have started to like the info the Garmin passes to the AXS website for further analysis of electronic switching.

Add me to the list of those wanting (needing!) SRAM web service integration.

Integration with SRAM AXS Web services is much needed, it is one of the big brands on the market and the Karoo 2 is lame without this integration.

With Sram acquiring Karoo, I assume we would finally have this feature soon?

    Hi Ali

Any more news on the axs web analysis? Using my Garmin this week on my commuter and had forgotten how handy it is

Hi Henry, as of now the AXS account can be connected to the Karoo dashboard to upload your rides. Karoo FIT file recording has been modified to capture eTap and TyreWiz data. Both the team with continue to work with further enhancement, and analytical improvements.
