Hammerhead service
CompletedMy beautiful Karoo was damaged due to a fall, still working but with some cracks no longer sure that it would still be waterproof. Got in contact and I was offered the crash replacement. A very pleasant and very quick response over e-mail followed resulting in my paying for the replacement unit last Friday evenening . Today is Monday afternoon and I just got a package, my brand new Karoo, delivered by DHL…….in my hometown in the NETHERLANDS. I am truly flabbergasted about the Hammerhead service department which could be an example to any other company in the world.
Many many thanks and I hope not to have to use it again but this was truly the best service department experience I have ever had…….and I am 55 so I have had to deal with quite a few over time.
