Noticed today. Agree with comment and not sure the reason for making a smaller font. Same number of fields. Just harder to see.

A step backwards. Tried on device and computer to see if there was an option to revert back. If someone could advise how to revert this back to larger font I'd appreciate.

    Very good @Tony Sikes!

A lot of threads/feedback already on the new FONT size. Including mine.

But pictures are better than words.  And this shows exactly the confusion why Hammerhead users do not understand why Font-size has changed this way and is felt as a step back.

    Thanks, Alexander

Seeing the photo above that compares the Garmin 1030 data field font to the Karoo, it’s obvious that Garmin does a much better job. Garmin balances the font size for the data field label and the data itself in a way that makes them both very readable. And it’s not just the size of the font that Garmin uses, It’s the boldness that helps my eyes see the data. The Karoo’s data font size is bigger than Garmin’s, but the bolder font on the Garmin is easier to read.

Thanks. I'm OK with the data field layout (use 5x2) and the text labels, as once setup we get used to where the info is. Now taking the nice bold fold and make it small and hard to read is the part that I don't get it. Obviously I don't see the use of smaller fonts in the same grid, but I'm taking this was not done by an error. So if there is a way to at least select the previous bold font or the new skinny font it may OK for the many of us used to the previous font. Thanks

Plus 1 on the font size and while you're at it, please increase the weight of the short-term average speed trend arrow (the almost invisible bit above or below the colored dot that indicates overall average trend) by at least one more pixel. It is practically invisible on a black screen/white text display (its very slightly easier to read with white screen/black text, but not by much).

I was looking for any update in font size from this thread and found a different one with same reports on smaller font size. Just more people being frustrated.

What I (seems like we) can't understand is why the change and why going back to the previous font where everyone seems to like better is that difficult. Ans why hammerhead is silent about...

Will Hammerhead wait until a bunch of people to start going away and worse, tell others why they are going (or returning) to other brands?

    Just thinking about this today.

Also note how the Garmin has the units with the number, not in the label.

I can't read the labels without reading glasses (which I'm not wearing when II'm riding)

Gilles, indeed. one of several flaws in the look of the current UI. From an original UI that didn’t need fixing in the first place.

    365 Crack

WonderShare Dr.Fone Crack is primarily a desktop app for Windows computers. This program lets you select the types of files you want to find, the location, and asks you if you want to enable the program’s scan feature. A user does not have to wait until the program is finished to see what is found. Recover data from SD card: Like the SD card on Android, you can directly scan your phone or tablet, or connect it to a card reader. Both work. You just need to install this tool then launch the program. Here you want to retrieve and recover the hat in just a few clicks.

It's been 10 months and now I am on a Karoo 2.  I know you guys worked on the fonts some to make them more legible but the font size is still WAY too small.  From your picture you look like a pretty young guy.  When you get up there in years things get harder to read.  If you look at the original picture I posted of the Garmin vs Karoo you can see the difference is huge.  At this point, I just have to memorize where all the fields are located as there is no way I can read the data labels at a glance.  My corrected vision is 20/15 so I am not blind in fact I have great vision.  Problem is as you get older your ability to quickly change focal lengths gets harder.

      Help please

      Thanks    Tony

Totally agree. The data field labels are way to small. Even with sunglass readers they are too small to see when riding. I look forward to an improvement. Thanks

Not only datafields but also all Strava icons and information are much too small.

A few updates ago the data labels are all upper case which was much better for readability. Now they have changed it into lowercase the readability is worse or even bad.

TO ALL who want to support this request: Pls focus your votes on this request: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/1260803144990-Use-the-Space-How-it-is-vs-how-it-could-be-

Otherwise votes are diluted over many different low-vote requests, however they all target the same big issue with the Karoo software: Waste of space and missing flexibility for data fields formatting / screen real estate economy... The link takes you to the top-rated request regarding this weakness, so let's combine all our votes on this one to finally make the dev team moving - after TWO years of ignoring us...

    Thank you! :-)
