As reported by other users, my unit has become unreliable at recording and saving ride date over the last one to two weeks. Looking forward to updates which will hopefully restore the reliability of the device.

  Hi Eric, Sorry for the trouble caused to you.We would like to investigate the issue and help you to get this resolved ASAP. Just to clarify, are you not getting the data like speed, Distance, Cadence recordings while you are in-ride? Do you think the sensor drop-outs are the reason for this issue to occur? Could you please explain the issue a bit more while saving the ride? Is it taking too much time or are you referring to any other issue?
