    I appreciate you for sharing your thoughts on the battery of Karoo 1 and Karoo 2 and keeping the community updated & assured. We are working hard to ensure we excel in user experience through our product.

    It has been wonderful to hear that you, as an early adopter, are happy with the battery life for Karoo 1 and Karoo 2. However, I would certainly like to hear about the software glitches you have observed. I am certain that we would be able to work through this.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    Only software problem was the red "Ride not recording" panel appeared 2 or 3 times during the ride, and wouldn't go away for a minute or 2.

    I can send you the .fit file of the ride if that would help.

    Hi Victor, thanks for sharing the experience. We have found this to be un-wanted too. You will have a better experience related to the alerts in the next few updates. We are working on it right now.
