WAHOO SPEED AND CADENCE SENSOR ISSUES
AnsweredI received my K2 yesterday and have been in the process of setting up this morning but am having issues consistently reading my Wahoo speed and cadence sensors. I have connected them via BT and sometimes the speed shows up but no cadence and vice versa. If the speed does not show up I go to the Wahoo app on my phone and it detects the speed sensor and returns a reading.
I would have envisaged with all the K1 issues of connectivity that they would have been resolved and provided a better connectivity with the K2?

Hey Niall. K2 has the ease to connect your sensors.
I am not sure if your sensors have the ANT+ connectivity. I would suggest you unpair all the sensors on your unit, reboot your Karoo 2, and connect your sensors over ANT+. Besides, it would be great if you can check for the battery and firmware on your sensors.
If you still face the issues, I would suggest to email us at support@hammerhead.io. Please share the FIT file and the serial number of your Karoo 2. You can find the serial number under Setting > About > Status. Please ensure you are on the latest software version on your Karoo 2.

Hi Abhishek. The Wahoo sensors have both ANT+ and BlueTooth connectivity. Currently I have connected Di2 through ANT+, Wahoo Tickr HRM through BT and ANT+ Wahoo Cadence through BT and ANT+ But the Wahoo speed sensor will only connect through ANT+. It just seems strange that it is the only Wahoo sensor which will not connect through BT. All sensors have newish batteries (four months and very little use) and current firmware as has the Karoo 2.
