Feature Request: Make "E-Bike" an attribute of any bike type instead of it's own type

Hi,

At least in Europe (and I assume everywhere else too), All existing bike types are available as E-Bike and "Normal" bike. Yes, even racing bikes. So it would make more sense to remove "E-Bike" and "E-Mountainbike" as separate bike types and instead add a checkbox "E-Bike".

Yes, I'm aware that there probably are many users who already have added profiles with these bike types, so completely removing them would confuse these users. My idea is to keep them, but make them non-selectable for newly added profiles, and also add a note to the screen, something like "E-Bike is now an attribute of all bike types, so choose the best fitting type instead"

And while you're at it, add a few more bike types:

• Trekking Bike
• Fat Bike
• Dirt Bike
• City Bike

Although I'm not sure if a City Bike really is used with a navigation device very often. :-)
