Latest Karoo 2 software update no offline maps

SOLVED: it looks like it was a problem with the servers since now it started working fine again and the map list can be loaded and maps downloaded 

After updating today the Karoo 2 to the latest firmware, I cannot download the offline maps anymore. I did (twice) a factory reset, and also on the welcome scree,n when it comes to nearby offline maps, it just loads forever. 

Very annoying, I cannot plan my trip for tonight!

  The build number is 1.563.2165.12
