Showing “Primary target” power from 3 seconds? (Customizable)

I would like it to be possible to set in the “Primary Target” field from what time the power measurement should be shown. It is set by default to measure from 5 seconds, and I would like from 3 seconds which is the most popular option recommended by most trainers.

  Fully support this. Even though it's a small thing, it is very irritating to have different numbers due to different averaging on screen; more so considering that typically 3s smoothing is used/suggested (e.g., Coggan).
