Karoo (3) only syncs some of my AXS bikes

I have four bikes with SRAM AXS, all configured in the SRAM AXS app. When I bought my Karoo, I linked the HH and AXS apps and the Karoo imported all sensors but only 2 bikes. It also shows the name of the bikes under the (AXS) sensors, but the bikes are not listed on the bike list. What can I do to solve this problem?
