New Karoo doesn't save time zone and freezes power output

So... my Karoo just doesn't want to save the time zone. Its always United States instead of Ukraine. I need to set it manually before every ride. I've tried auto mode – doesn't work. I've tried manual mode – it starts to fall 5-6 minutes behind actual time on the next day.

And plus to that. Every 3-4 rides my power field just freezes. I set it to 5s. If I change it to any other period (3s, 10s and so on) – it starts to show actual value.

Tried factory reset but it didn't help.
