Feature requests for the SDK/Extension

How do we make requests? E.g., after developing one there are a few items I'd love to see that would make it much cleaner:

- The ability to have a value selector similar to the Average Power data field where I could select between 3s, 10s, 15s, 30s values, etc. Currently, that's a different field.

- A previewFlow function I could override instead of creating while or repeat loops and displaying fake data. It's a lot of boilerplate.

- Make navigation buttons "stock" instead of having to add your own buttons for things like the back button or hardware buttons. (nice to have)

- Make the app colors and text/font defaults available. So if I have a value that has a red/yellow/green range (similar to power) I can just use the Karoo colors. A 3-color scale data model that can stream to a remote-view or just make it an option for a SINGLE.

I've really enjoyed playing with this though. Thanks for the work that went into it!
