Incident detection
It looks like incident detection never materialized. With so many incidents involving cyclists and drivers, I think this needs to be priority and mandatory. Both Garmin and wahoo have it standard on their units now. Is there any plans by Karoo/SRAM to do something about this? I live my Karoo unit, but after being run off the road for the 3rd time in as many years, I may need to consider other options if SRAM doesn't address this soon. Please advise.

I've had this feature request in the past too, included alongside requests for automated tracking emails and the ability to do quick responses to texts while riding (all available on Garmin). The former was just included on the most recent update, which made me happy - I'm optimtistic that's indicative of connectivty push which will hopefully lead to these other features in the near future.
With that said, I'm less concerned with the incident detection recently as fall detection and automated calling of an emerency contact is something my phone does now, and I never ride without my phone in my jersey pocket.
