Can’t download Sep 18 update ver1.583.2239

My Karoo (3) can’t download software update ver. 1.583.2239 released on Sep. 18th. It is connected to wifi has about 35GB of free storage. The error message is ‘download failed’. I have restarted the unit and verified wifi connectivity and tried the download multiple times. The current software version installed is 1.581.2228
