Slow route syncing with no progress indicator - Dashboard & Device

Route syncing (especially from Strava) is painfully slow, and there's no feedback on what's happening. Even after a sync completes, it takes a while before routes actually appear on the device or dashboard.

The sync icon doesn't show:

• Sync progress
• When routes were last synced
• Whether the sync is still processing after it appears "done"

Feature request: Add a progress indicator and a "last synced at: [timestamp]" so we know if things are actually working or stuck.

Anyone else finding route syncing frustratingly opaque?

  yes, same for me…..very slow & not reliable.
  Steps:
  1. save route in strava
  2. star route in strava…..this used to sync immediately in HH dashboard
  3. check dashboard…..route hasn’t appeared.
  Anyone else any tips ?
  It is syncing because I can see previous Strava routes synced…..but no idea of progress….

  Is there any update on the slow syncing of (Strava) routes? The issue still persists.
