request missing datafields

1.) on dashboard, on a completed rides, on a completed climb, i miss "avg VAM" for every climb.

2.) on Kaoo i miss the datafields: "time to top" and "ETA top". Its useful on long climbs.

  Yes I miss this "time to top" too.

  My Wahoo had this feature, and you knew exactly how long you still had to push yourself.

  And the time you still needed for the climb was actually updated in real time.
