Not charging

I have the karoo 2 and love it. It now no longer charges, stopped at 28% and gradually went to 0% whilst charging. All I have now is a 0 power.

Any ideas, I have contacted customer support, in this instance have not been any help thus far.

Previously very helpful with an elevation problem and sent me a new device.
