Feature request: Navigate to POIs

It would be really helpful if we could have a way to navigate to specific POIs.  For example, I have added custom POIs of gas stations, stores, and water spigots on my routes.  Sometimes during a ride it would be nice to be able to navigate to the nearby POIs.

Garmin's products seem to have this feature -- so it would be great if Karoo could add it also.

  You can press the poi on the map and it will create the route to that poi, right?

  If you unlock the map, zoom it out, and search for POIs, yes, you could do that.  Or Karoo could make a simple screen with a list of POIs and their distance from you, an enable you to navigate there

  Totally agree about the need for a POI shortcut.  I have just purchased a Karoo 2 and it's a key missing feature from my Garmin.

  Yes you are right. Karoo seems to be one of the only systems that does not allow this.

  Hi Hammerhead-Team,

  I would like to support the request to an improved POI Navigation.

  Today I visited a new city. I tried to use the Karoo2 to navigate to several sights. But the process is up to date really time consuming an unhandy. I gave up and used my cell phone and google maps.

  Please consider this two cases:
  1. I want to navigate to a POI without using a cell phone: please give the possibility to search by adress for the POI and save it on a POI list or directly navigate to it
  2. I create several POIs e.g. online on dashboard and save it to a POI list which is synchronized with the Karoo
