new bar mount is too wide for my deda superzero bar, garmin mount is wiggly
4 Questions:
1 can i file something off the mount? so that it wil squeeze in between stem and the place where the bar is flattening and widening?
I am using a garmin mount right now.
2. It is obviously something that has to be improved by Hammerhead.
Can i receive a replacement mount, once the flaw has been fixed in a new model?
3. Why is there not a rubber filler from 26 and 31,2 bars
4. The Garmin mount is wiggly, also something to be improved. Now.

I find it interesting that you've turned this into a problem with the Hammerhead mount, rather than a problem with the shape of your handlebars.
It's fair to say that the design and manufacturing of the Hammerhead mount is far from ideal but the handlebar clamp is actually the better part of it (apart from the bolt, which is apparently made of cheese).
The following article might help: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360051593114--Compatible-Aero-Non-standard-handlebar-mounts
The Garmin mount is poor, agreed, but the Karoo 2 was never designed to fit a Garmin mount. Lots of third party solutions out there that should satisfy your needs. Personally, I'm using a K-Edge Garmin combo mount with a 3D printed foot and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. Maybe a Garmin stem bolt mount would be more suitable?
