Locks up at end of ride

One in 4 rides gets error on closing ride, with whirling disc and eventually "" Rides isn't responding . Do you want to close it?"" error message. Not sure what that does , but Karoo is locked in this loop

Sometimes ride is recoverable sometimes not. Any tips? Have done hard reset.

  Probably time to "Submit a request" if the factory reset has not fixed this.
