Course will not load on HK2

New to HK2, until yesterday I was able to load selected/pinned Courses/Routes from the dashboard to the HK2.  But yesterday the Courses/Routes would not load/sync.  I keep getting a HK2 message, under Courses "No Routes Available".

Eventually I accessed the Hammerhead Account under Settings (that removed all rides and routes, but no problem, they were saved at RwGPS and Strava).

What do I need to do to get a Route loaded on my HK2? 

The proper state offline-map exists in the GPS.  The Courses/Routes display in the Hammerhead Dashboard (one map is Hammerhead created).
