Not seeing Shimano Pedal Power Meters or Shimano Di2 sensors to pair

Trying to pair with my bike sensors.  The Heart Rate is recognized and easily pairs. None of the Shimano sensors show up.  I cannot see the Shimano Pedal Sensors.  I cannot see the Shimano Di2 sensors.  I cannot see the Wheel Garmin sensors.

  Thanks for posting,

   

  I do see you have also have emailed us, I have followed up on your ticket with a few suggestions but I will share them here as well:

   

  1. Toggle the ANT+ option under sensors

  2. Connect the power pedals first before everything else

  3. Do check on the battery status on all the sensors and also make sure all sensors are on the latest firmware.

   

  Do write to us on the email trail for any further occurrence of the issue.
