Hi Trey, this would have affected the routes import as well. However, the issue seems to have been solved on AWS end now and all out services should be up and running.

Ugh, sorry to hear that.  At least I know the error I just submitted was for this I bet.  I couldn't import a ROUTE.  Thanks for the update.

I still can't get rides to upload to strava from yesterday. Should this be working? Also, weirdly, I travelled 2 days ago and yesterdays ride, which coincided with the services being down was my first in the new timezone. Everything is set to automatically update the time but it is still not showing correctly now, after 48 hours here

Hi Neil, the services are believed to be operational again and we haven't heard any new reports since then. Did you try to refresh the internet connection on your Karoo? What you can do is forget the wi-fi network and try again, also try to re-establish the Strava connection on your Dashboard. It had also affected Strava services yesterday, so this might help restore everything. Lastly, please check if there aren't any rides already uploaded from an alternate device, in which case the ride from Karoo would be a duplicate and automatically rejected by Strava. I would also request you to raise a ticket after you have performed all the suggestions, to no avail.

That's why we need to be able to exchange files directly with the device. I already have a friend for whom this was the main reason not to buy it.
