Auto Pause and Auto Start Not Always
AnsweredIt seems that the K2 doesn't always START back up after an Auto Pause. Does anyone know why this might happen? I can't say for sure what the variables are...how long I've been paused or what. But sometimes the K2 will begin beeping at me and before I know it or even understood the reason, I've ridden a fair bit more. Not always easy to look down to see if the unit is RECORDING as it should be...
Almost want to turn off the AUTO-PAUSE if it's not going to be consistent.
Thoughts?

Hi Trey, this can happen if the speed sensors aren't picked up immediately after the pause. In the next update, it will be much easy through the control centre to know if the sensors are connected or not.
If you are using the GPS to track the speed, then this should never happen unless there is a loss of GPS for some reason.

Ali, interesting...that makes sense of course.....I'll keep closer attention when it happens again....can't say it happens more on the MTB (in tree covered areas, when we've stopped to regroup or not). I do think it's happened on the road, where I would have no GPS signal loss, theoretically. I do use the GPS for speed....so that may play into it.
I'll keep a closer eye on this and see if I can pin point when/why it might be happening, now knowing more. Thanks for the info.
