Hammerhead Support Team scheduled time-off
Completed2021 has been a fantastic year for Karoo users and Hammerhead, and in order to keep serving our users, we need to take care of our Support Staff.
Our team is taking a two-day break over the New Years' holiday(December 31st '21 and January 1st '22).
Please expect slightly slower turnaround times through this period. We will get back to your email as soon as we can.

And a huge "Thank You!" to all of the team at Hammerhead. As 2021 comes to an end so does my first season ever using a cycling computer and from my decades-long background in mission-critical electronic systems (with air traffic control in my case) I can fully appreciate the complexity and at times frustration of both we owners and the Hammerhead design and support folks in trying to prioritize, sort out bugs, integrate countless combinations of sensors and deal with endless combinations of user's priorities all day, every day. In my experience in contacting you folks the response has always been professional, courteous and on-point when it comes to exchanging information and ideas with you.
We all need to step back for a moment as we enter 2022 and understand that we can't expect a device to be all things to all people right out of the gate without it's share of problems and annoyances as it matures. I for one will not be looking to replace the Karoo2 anytime soon as I enjoy seeing it improve month by month, and I really do wish Hammerhead all the success in the world in developing the best all-around head unit on the market.
All the very best in 2022 to all of you and to all of your customers here who contribute so much to the forum and the product as we collectively move forward!
