I'm mostly using the Karoo 2 in for my bike holidays. I book a place to stay a few days ahead of time, use Komoot to create a nice route to my next destination, load it into my Karoo 2, and enjoy my rides. It's amazing for this purpose and I see too little praise from people with this use case. There are two annoyances though: having to refresh in the Karoo dashboard to load my Komoot routes and not being able to easily sync my routes by Bluetooth tethering. I hope these features make their way into a firmware update soon.

  Thanks for the great feedback! I have shared that with the team.

  It is necessary to refresh the routes so new routes appear because services like Komoot, RWGPS, etc do not "push" those to us when you add them. To eliminate the refresh button, we would need to regularly ping their servers to check for new routes from our end which would create a good deal of unnecessary web traffic which could negatively impact the experience. Sites like that actually have guidelines for how often/how many times we can query the server as part of our partnership agreement.

  Bluetooth data tethering is a feature we will be working on and plan to release to the public when it is ready. I do not have a timeline yet, but it is something we have on our roadmap.

  Thank you for the feedback. I understand the need for a button to refresh - would it not be possible to have the button on the routes page on the Karoo 2? It makes no sense to go to a dashboard on a 2nd device to refresh.
