Ride missing in fitfiles folder

Today I finished a ride which was successfully uploaded to the HH dashboard. Then I wanted to copy the .fit file from the K2 to my Mac to import the ride into a tool that I use for analysis purposes. But I couldn't find the corresponding file. The FitFiles folder is empty. Is there another folder where I can find the file?

  If it's uploaded to the Dashboard you should be able to download the file from there directly.

  Could you also look into the temp folder to see if the files are stored there?

  I used the option of downloading the file from the dashboard. When I wanted to look into the temp folder I realized that the missing file was in the FitFile folder.

  What happended: First I looked for the file directly after ending the ride without switching off the K2. Then after your notice to look into the temp folder I switched on the K2 and after that the file was there where it should be. I will check this behavior after my next ride.

  Could it be that the ride is stored in the FitFile folder only after switching off the K2?

  Kieshe, great to know you found the files where they were meant to be. It could have happened that the files took long to be copied with the version uploaded on the cloud, there's always a check to ensure both the versions match.
