Wow! Thought all these bugs were worked out by now?

Karoo II
UTD software
Garmin Radar RTK515 with included light
Garmin Front Light UT800
Shimano DI2

1. Upon cold startup with all units on, the DI2 would not connect automatically. I had to add DI2 to the sensors. The lights turned on to "steady on" but didn't turn to their presets (fast flashing) until after I started the ride and radar also connected.
2. After only 1.5 miles both lights stopped working but were still on by flashing blue light. Nothing would get them working again with the Karoo II on. Tried disabling/enabling, unpairing/pairing several times. Not to mention how dangerous this bug is.....
3. Powered Karoo II off, lights paired to their fast flash settings after a ride was started, radar did not connect. Had to manually connect radar.

4. After powering off the Karoo, the lights keep on flashing...

What's with this? All the other units I have had connect and work automatically and are very dependable....
