New release unknown 1.613.2351.20

My Karoo has just been updated with a new release, 1.613.2351.20, but there is no mention of this release in the release notes. What's going on?

  I live in Italy and this happens to me with every update. Nothing to be alarmed about unless you don't want to automatically update but you can control that.

  Same happened to me this morning. I was updated to 1.613 and this version isn't mentioned anywhere.
  Has my karoo been hacked by an unofficial rogue update ?

  You do not have to be alarmed - Your Karoos have indeed downloaded the latest software update from us. You should recieve the software release notes in your mailboxes soon! The team is also working on updating the website with the release notes well!

  Karoo Software Build Version: 1.613.2351

  Features:

  • Both new Karoo and Karoo 2:
    
    
    • We’ve added the ability for custom alerts to turn on the Karoo screen when battery save mode is enabled. This can be done by turning the notifications toggle on in the battery save mode screen on trigger settings. 

  Bug Fixes:

    • We fixed an issue where data fields on the map page were different sizes on the top of the page versus the bottom.
