Is there any way to get the actual speed data from radar targets through the SDK? Right now as far as I know we only get  threat level and ranges, but the ANT+ radar profile sends speed too.

  Yes, I think getting the relative speed of approaching cars is impossible as of now. It is not exposed through the radar data types, and it's not possible for extensions to eavesdrop on the ANT+ channel themselves because it would require using the restricted ANT+ Android SDK. 

  It would be great if Hammerhead exposed the relative speed values. Also, it would be great if it was possible to toggle ANT+ lights, so an extension could be made that turns the radar's light on when a car approaches. Or they could just implement that themselves natively as it's a frequently requested feature I think.

  The app on Garmin Mybiketraffic will record the speed of vehicles. You may need to go through Garmin though. I believe the data is saved in the fit file
