Yeah, it seems to autosync to SRAM now.  I don't like that and would like to turn it off.  I do not see a way to do that.

Hi. This also happened to me on my K2, but not on my K3. Can someone from official support provide a solution? I don't want it to sync with SRAM without my permission!

    Hello everyone,

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that unexpected auto-sync behaviour can be confusing when manual sync options are selected.

To clarify, Hammerhead is now part of SRAM, and we’ve migrated our backend systems to SRAM’s platform. This means ride data saved on your Karoo may sync with SRAM services, which is intended to create a seamless ecosystem. We recognise that this can be surprising if SRAM wasn't actively selected as a sync destination.

Currently, this behaviour can happen even with manual sync for other platforms. We appreciate your input about needing explicit consent and the option to disable SRAM sync, and I’ve shared this with our product team.

Thank you again for your suggestions. They are invaluable as we strive to enhance your experience.
