Missing Ride from the fitfiles fold and dashboard
AnsweredHi. Just got home from doing a very hard workout and couldn't see the ride in the dashboard on my PC web browser or in the rides page on the Karoo2. I'm pretty sure I correctly ended the ride and didn't delete it by mistake.
On connecting my Karoo2 to my PC with USB debugging on and the MTP option selected, I can see the fitfiles folder, but a little surprised by the content. Today is the 25th March and I've been using the device every day during March. However the newest file visible is dated the 11th March. I was expecting to see one for each ride this month.
On the dashboard I have been deleting files and can only see rides from the 19 to 24 March which is what I expected.
Yesterday my device updated to the latest software version.
