Route loading issue after importing from Strava

Hi there,

After syncing routes between Strava and Dashboard and initiating/starting a route, the device fails to calculate elevation and shows "Join Route" with exclamation mark. It doesn't provide actual routing/turn guidance and there's no elevation.

Older maps load ok, but not freshly synced routes/maps.

Tried to import gpx, update firmware (ongoing for more than a week now) etc.

  Hi Giedrius, We have created a ticket on this request with the support to debug this. I have requested you to share the GPX file of the route you were on and the FIT file of the entire ride.
