Speed and distance in Ride App header

For now we don’t have any options to customise status bar in the Ride App. So, if I need a Map Only screen, I see radar status icon, ride time, Karoo battery percentage and current time of day. It will be great to have ability to change ride time to something more useful: current speed and distance, for example. ) There is enough place there.
