Extensions for power interval averages & HR zone time display?

Is there any extension that can show average power for intervals like 1s, 5s, 20s, 1min, 3min, 5min, 20min etc. during the current ride? I can’t find fields like that in the built-in data fields :(

I’m also looking for an extension that can nicely display time spent in HR zones during the ride. It’s available on Karoo, but since there are 5 HR zones you need to add 5 separate data fields 

Anyone knows, uses, or can recommend something?

  For HR in Zones I think you can add all 5 separately, or collate all zones as one window. Use the 'Visual' Graph for this.
