Hammerhead Karoo side bracket has come off

The right hand side bracket on my 8 month old Hammerhead Karoo has fallen off and I cannot get ir to clip back in so both buttons are in the correct place. Has anyone else had this problem and, if so, were theyable to fix it?

Also, is Hari Krishnan a real person who works at the Hammerhead support desk? I received an email from them but I wasn't sure if it was a Scam because of the name being so alike as the hari Krishna religious movement. Thank you.
