I don't think so. I had to send my K3 back to the supplier and I reset it before sending. They should either repair it or send me a new one so I looked in the App for this feature but didn't find anything.

I would also like to see this to stop any messing around in cases where a reset or new device requires setup. They could save bike profiles with all data, shouldn't be too difficult.

It could be hidden from user view and just sits in the background. I would hope that when linking a new or reset unit to the app it would ask or just do it in the background when all connected. I would appreciate piece of mind, though, as I have everything how I like it right now!

Good news. I asked HH support and got the following comfort:

The Rides, Data screens, Profiles, Bike Profiles, and Routes are account-specific. These details will be retained once you log in to your Hammerhead account on the Karoo after a Factory reset. However, you need to set up the sensors and Extension apps from scratch, as it is not tied to your account

I received my replacement K3 from my web shop. It is true that several things are known when you go through the setup phase of the new device (even my maps). It had my bike profiles but there were no Data Screens only the map page!
This is annoying as I had not photo'ed them before returning. I had 3 screens, all with 10 DF's, so a lot of messing around to get them set up again.

So SRAM could check that and also perhaps try and link the sensors, although possibly having to sync them to the actual bike. I also have a lot of sensors and several bikes so it would help if they are known and just need syncing by riding the bike.

That is annoying and not in line with the reply i got from HH support. Data screens with profiles are key.

My K3 was replaced about a year ago and after I booted up the new device and logged in with my account, all my settings were back – bikes, profiles, screen setups. All I had to do was to install my addons.

On the Sensor issue, perhaps best to read the instructions:

This will hopefully sort out SRAM AXS sensors which was my main complaint as there are a lot of sensors. Too late for me to test it but I assume it will work. I have now switched it on so on my next bike (coming soon) I should only need to set up the AXS App for the bike.

On the other issue, I had no Data Pages except Map Page.
